How to change the SOCD rules of my mixbox controller that is tournament legal in coming 2023 Capcom Street fighter 6 Pro tour?

Firmware for matching coming #SF6 capcom rules :

Down + UP = Neutral

Left + Right = Neutral

For Universal Mixbox controller please click “Universal Fighting Board”

Select "Tournment" for SOCD rules:
